For the longest time, one Opportunity Assessment or PRFAQ could quietly eat up weeks of my life, sometimes months. The idea part was never the hard bit; I usually knew what I wanted to build within a day. What actually wore me down was everything after that, chasing proof, rewriting the same section five times, and building an appendix out of pure fear someone would ask for it.
So I finally sat down and built something to carry that weight for me.
The skill is built around checking three trigger signals first: real usage data, market signals, and actual customer feedback, since that combination decides whether an idea is even worth writing up. From there, it walks through the document one section at a time instead of dumping the whole thing on you at once, and it pushes back on your answers until they actually sound convincing. It also goes and digs through the internet on its own to pull relevant articles and data, and it quietly builds a full appendix, which used to be the part I hated most.
What used to wreck my week now takes one honest sitting, so I made the whole thing public for any PM stuck in the same loop.
You can grab it and install it straight into your own Claude setup, no coding needed. The link to the skill and full setup steps is on my GitHub.
